| Assistant Technical Examiner | Essential: Officers under the Central/State Govts. and Union Territories holding posts in the rank of: (a) (i) Assistant Engineer or equivalent; or (ii) Junior Engineer or equivalent with 3 years service in the grade; and (b) possessing degree in Civil Engineering of a recognised University or equivalent and preferably experience in a research organisation.(Period of deputation including period of deputation in another excadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same organisation/Department shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years). |
| Senior Surgeon | Educational & Other Qualifications:- Essential: Officers of the Central/State Government Administration (a) (i)holding analogous post on regular basis; or (ii)with 5 years regular service in the scale of Rs.8000-275-13500(pre-revised)and (b)possessing educational qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruits ie. (i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in speciality concerned. (iii) Work in a responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 3 years after post-graduation degree or 5 years after post graduation Diploma. |

D. Degree in compliance of the “University Grants Commission (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D. Degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Colleges”. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani. |
