(i) Passed Class 10+2 in Science stream from a Govt. Recognized Board/University.
(ii) Passed Diploma in OT Technology Course (Anaesthesia, OT and Endoscopy) of minimum 02 (two) years duration from a Govt. Recognized Institute.
(iii) Must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification full time relevant work experience in the field of Anaesthesia, OT and Endoscopy from a
Govt. Hospital or well-equipped private hospital of repute.

OR

(i) Passed B.Sc. with Physics/ Chemistry/ Geology from a Government Recognized University/Board/Institute.
(ii) Must have minimum 03 (three) year post qualification work experience in the relevant field.
