Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold a degree of Master of Social Work (MSW)
OR
General Nursing Midwife (GNM)
OR
Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) with One Year Experience.
OR
Bachelors in Arts with Two years of Field Work Experience
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in community-based fieldwork or public health outreach is desirable.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with rural
or vulnerable communities.
Ability to conduct interviews, surveys, and support data collection (both quantitative and qualitative).
Fluency in local language(s) preferred.
Willingness to travel to field sites and work in resource-constrained settings.
Basic understanding of ethical research practices and confidentiality in data handling.
