Degree in Engineering, Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent qualification notified by the State Government in the Gazette. Regular MBBS degree will be considered under Medicine.

Essential qualifications: Degree in any branch of Engineering, Technology or Medicine.

Experience: Two years practical experience in Engineering, Technology or Medicine in a reputed firm or government department. For degree holders from recognized universities, practical training during the university course up to a maximum of one year will be counted towards the required practical experience.
