• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute
• Three years experience in the execution of civil or structural or electrical works in a recognized office or organization or institution.

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Communication Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute or Diploma in Radio and Television Technology or Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic Appliances from a recognized University or Institute
• Two years experience in the execution of communication works in a recognized office

• Three years Diploma in Civil or Structural or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute
• Two years of experience in the execution of civil or structural works from a recognized office or organization or institute.

• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University or Board and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
• Two years experience as a Pharmacist in a recognized office or organization or institution
