ISCS Recruitment 2022 for Accountant Grade ‘B’ Jobs Vacancy @www.interstatecouncil.nic.in

Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Inter-State Council Secretariat.

Employment Notice Inter State Council Secretariat, Ministry of Home Affairs invites application for the post of
Accountant (Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted) in the Pay Level – 6 (Rs. 35400-112400) of the Pay Matrix Table of 7th CPC transfer on deputation basis initially for period of one year which may be extended up to three years.

publication of this Employment Notice. Detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from this Secretariat’s website www.interstatecouncil.nic.in.

Eligibility Criteria:

(A) UDCs of CSCS or other cadres with 8 years regular service in the grade.
(b) Who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent.
(B). Officers under the Central Govt.
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis;

OR

(ii) With six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Level — 5 Rs.
29200-92300/- of the pay matrix table of 7th CPC (Pay Band1 (Rs. 5200-20220 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800 of the prerevised scales) or equivalent in the pa rent cadre/department;

OR

(iii) With eight years regular service in the posts in the Pay Level -4 Rs. 25500-81100/- of the pay matrix table of 7th
CPC (pay band-1 Rs. 5200-20220/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- of the pre-revised scales).

AND

(b) (i) who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent.
OR
(ii) A passed in the SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any of the organized Accounts Department of the Central Government.

Period of deputation: including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years or amendment from time to time.

The maximum age limit for appointment by transfer on deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on last date of submission of Application.
