| Research Scientist- I (Scientist ‘B’) | Candidates should be have acquired Essential Qualifications: First Class MBBS degree from a university recognized by MCI with minimum of 1 year research experience in Pathology, Genetics or Biomedical subjects. OR Ph.D degree in Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology or related subject or equivalent from a recognized University with 2 years Research and Development experience in the related subject. OR M.Sc. with a first-class grade in a relevant life science field (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular biology, Genetics, or Microbiology) or a closely related field from an accredited university and 3 years of research experience in the field. Desirable Qualifications: a. Thorough knowledge of Medical statistics, Computer Applications/Data Management, data analysis and interpretation of results of statistical analysis. b. Experience on molecular biology, cancer biology and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). c. Not less than 2 research publications (accepted) in indexed scientific journals. d.
