Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research projects, in the field of HIV/AIDS is desirable.Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of working with High Risk Groups (HRG) population,ICTC and ART Centres. Conversant in local language in addition to English. Well-versed in reporting and documentation. The candidate should have the necessary research skills of quantitative and qualitative data collection, data management, and analysis. She/he shall have experience in conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge population.
