PSC Assistant Electrical Inspector Recruitment: Essential Qualifications:

| Assistant Electrical Inspector | Candidate’s Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State Act or a Provincial Act or any Institutions recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification. 2. Must have three years practical experience in Electrical Engineering of which not less than one year shall be in the field of Electrical and Mechanical workshop or Generation or Transmission or distribution of Electricity or in the administration of Indian Electricity Act, 1910 and the rules made there under in a position of responsibility. N.B:- Experience certificate should be from an Electrical Contractor (License Grade-A/Grade-B form HA/HB) issued by the Electrical Licensing Board to the company where he /she has worked. Candidate’s age limit should be 18 – 42 years as on 01.07.2024 to apply for the position. Check PSC Notification for Age relaxation to SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per Government of India Rules. |
Application Fees:
| Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) towards application processing fee and Rs 120/- (Rupees One hundred and twenty only) towards examination fee. 7.2. However, the following categories of candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee Rs.120/- only. i) SC, ST, BC & Ex-Servicemen. ii) Families having household supply white card issued by Civil Supplies Department, A.P. Government. (Residents of Andhra Pradesh). iii) Un-employed youth as per G.O.Ms.No.439, G.A (Ser- A) Dept., dated: 18/10/1996 should submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission. iv) Applicants belonging to the categories mentioned above (except Ex-Servicemen) hailing from other States are not entitled for exemption from payment of fee and not entitled for claiming any kind of reservation. v) Candidates belonging to other States shall pay the prescribed fee of Rs.120/- (Rupees One hundred and twenty only), along with processing fee of Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only). Otherwise such applications will not be considered and no correspondence on this will be entertained. |
