| Financial Management Specialist | 1. Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in accounting, finance, public financial management, economics, or another related field. 2. The candidate should be a qualified professional accountant- CA, CWA, CPA or equivalent membership of an internationally recognized professional accountancy body. 3. At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial management.4. Knowledge of International Reporting Standards (IFRS) / Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS). 5. Experience in designing and assessing internal control systems using internationally accepted control frameworks. 6. Experience in evaluating financial management systems (including budgeting, accounting, cash management, internal audit and financial reporting systems). 7. Experience in assessing auditor competence and independence. 8. Good social, analytical, inter-personal and planning skills. 9. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
