| Junior Research Fellow (JRF) | Candidates should be have acquired Educational Qualification B.Tech/B.E./M.Sc./ M.Tech./M.E./MS (R) equivalent in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Material Science & Engineering/ Metallurgical and Materials Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering / Nanotechnology with desirable knowledge/expertise in growth and characterization of electronic materials and devices. The GATE/NET qualification is desirable. Candidates must have at least 6.5/10 CGPA or 60 percent marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute or university as a full-time program. Proof of B.Tech/B.E./M.Sc. /M.Tech./M.E./ MS (R)/equivalent certificate has to be provided during the time of interview. These are the minimum eligibility criteria.
