The candidate should have demonstrated research ability with an excellent record of publications in reputed journals and conferences and must have supervised Ph.D students. Candidate should also have demonstrated excellent teaching abilities at higher educational institutions. It is desirable that the candidate has carried out laboratory development/course development/ technology development/ innovative work leading to patents and has generated sufficient funding for research.
