| State Programme Manager | Candidate’s Essential Qualifications & Experience: • MBBS / BDS / Homeopathy / B. Pharmacy / M.sc Nursing Graduates/Social Sciences/Sociology with experience of working in public health system. • At least 5 years of post-qualification work experience at the state / regional level in public health system • Familiarity with theory and practical applications and experience in planning and management in RMNCHA and Routine Immunization program • Good negotiation and influencing skills supported by excellent communication skill. • High level of computer proficiency with specific familiarity with commonly used Windows and MS Office software and database software • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English. • Fluency in local language will be an added advantage. • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strong facilitation skills and ability to analyse reports and plan and monitor projects. • Experience working in the Northeast context will be an added advantage. • Experience in Bilateral /International/UN agencies will be an asset.
