The candidate desirably should have a B.Tech degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ AI/DS or related fields with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks. The upper age limit for applying for the Research Fellow position shall be 35 years. According to the GOI rules, relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PD will be given.
