| Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/ Senior Research Fellow (SRF) | M.E./M.Tech./MS(R) or equivalent degree in ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks or equivalent. 5% marks relaxation for ST/SC/PH candidates. Students awaiting results may also apply. OR Candidates with B.E. /B.Tech/M.Sc. in ECE/EE/Electronics/ Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks or equivalent. B. Valid GATE/NET score is mandatory for the candidates applying with B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. C. Candidates having experience on Verilog/VHDL and EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, etc) will be given preference. D. For the SRF, minimum two years of research experience in VLSI domain is must.
