Desirable: • M.Sc. in Botany/Life Science/Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ horticultural sciences with a minimum of 60% marks. • Experience in the genetic transformation of Solanaceae plants like tomato or chilli crops, etc. • Experience in the molecular cloning techniques used for gene editing technologies like CRISPR-Cas systems. Candidates with hands-on experience in both agrobacteriummediated genetic transformation and CRISPR-CAS technology are crucial and highly desirable for advancing the advertised project.
