IACS Research Associate I Recruitment: Essential Qualifications:

| Research Associate I | Ph.D. degree in experimental condensed matter physics and age must be below 35 years as of 1st August 2025. Candidates who have submitted the Ph.D. thesis and awaiting for the award of degree may also apply, in that case the candidate must produce a letter from a competent authority stating that thesis has been submitted and the final viva/defense is pending. Desirable expertise: Candidates with experience in experimental condensed matter physics, in particular, cryogenics and device fabrication using optical/e-beam lithography, and/or noise spectroscopy, will be highly preferred. The selected candidate is expected to work on single crystals of quasi- 1D and 2D materials and their heterostructures for optoelectrical measurements. |
