| Research Assistant | i) The candidate must be a Domicile of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir in terms of S.O. 166 dated 18-05-2020 issued by GAD, Government of Jammu and Kashmir or must be a resident of Union Territoiy of Ladakh for a period of not less than 15 years before the date of applying and is actually resident of the area.ii) The candidate must be a Law Graduate (as on the date of appearing at interview) having Bachelor’s degree in Law (including Integrated degree Course in Law) from any school/College/University/Institute established by Law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate, possessing a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate at Law Graduation (including Integrated Degree Course in Law) and should not have completed two years after enrollment as an Advocate.
