Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on the performance of candidates in Personal Interview.

Required Age :
Candidates maximum age must not be more than 52 years as on 16/ 11/ 2015 (Upper Age Relaxation of 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ ST & Departmental candidates).

Essential Qualification:
Candidate must have acquired Graduation from any recognized University & Full Time Degree/ 3 years Diploma in Hotel Management from National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology/ State Board of Technical Education/ recognized University with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and at least 25 years of Experience in Teaching and/ or Hotel Industry including minimum 10 years as Head of Department in hotel operations related subject or 25 years Experience in Teaching and/ or Hotel Industry including minimum 10 years as Principal in Food Craft Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology.
