Educational Qualifications: BCA/B.Sc./M.Sc./BE/B.Tech in CS/IT from an AICTE/UGC-recognized institute. 2. Work Experience: Three (3) years of work experience in managing and setting up ICT infrastructure LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Routers, L-2/L-3 switches, IPv4/v6, proficiency in network protocols such as NAT, FTP, HTTP, ICMP, IMAP, POP, SMTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, etc. in an organization of repute. Hands-on work experience in troubleshooting of network and PC hardware issues. 3. Knowledge and Skills: a. Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides. b.
