Qualification for Indian Council for Cultural Relations Stenographer Jobs
Sr. Stenographer- (a) Degree from a recognized University.
(b) Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 mts @ 100 w.p.m. Transcription: 60 mts (English), 75 mts (Hindi), only on computer.
(c) Diploma/ certificate course from recognized University/ Institute in Computer application
Jr. Stenographer– (a) 12th pass from a recognized Board or University.
(b) Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription: 50 mts (English), 65 mts (Hindi), only on computer.
(c) Diploma Certificate Course from recognized University/Institute in computer application

For post 2 candidates should have passed 12th pass from a recognized board or university Diploma/ certificate course from recognized university/ institute in computer application.
Required Age:
For post 1 candidates maximum age should be less than 30 years on 15/09/2017.
For post 2 candidates age limit should be 27 years as on 15/09/2017.
