CMET Research Scientist Recruitment: Essential Qualifications:

| Research Scientist | Candidates should be have acquired Qualification: Ph.D. in Physics/ Chemistry/ Material Sciences/ Nano Science/ Nano materials/ Material Sciences Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Metallurgy from a recognized University/ Research Institution. Experience: Ph.D. with minimum one year post- qualification experience in the relevant field in R & D Laboratory / Universities in India/ Abroad. Relaxation in the experience may be given with approval of competent authority. Desirable qualifications with one or more of the following: (1) Synthesis Quantum dots, Deposition/growth of Quantum Materials/2D materials, photonics materials using MBE, CVD, MOCVD, MPCVD, ALD, Plasma processing tools. (2) Quantum Transport/Quantum computing/Quantum communication/Quantum Information. Electrical/optical measurements of Quantum Devices/Qubits. (3) Semiconductor single crystal growth, characterization & processing. (4) Nanofabrication of Devices, Modeling & Simulation of Quantum Devices and Electronic Circuits (5) Programming skill sets using Python/Java/C++/ Labview/Julia/Matlab etc (6) Scanning probe tools. Experience of working and maintaining UHV systems. (7) Water splitting for Hydrogen generation & Hydrogen storage Check CMET Notification for more details. |
