AIIMS Medical Physicist Recruitment: Essential Qualifications:

| Medical Physicist | Candidates should be have acquired Educational Qualification (i) M. Sc in Medical Physics or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution; And (ii) An internship of minimum 12 months in a recognized well-equipped radiation therapy department. Or (iii) M. Sc in Physics from a recognized University. (iv) A Post- Graduate diploma/ degree in Radiological/ Medical Physics from a recognized University /Institution And (v) An internship of minimum 12 months in a recognized well-equipped radiation therapy department. Or (vi) M.Sc in Medical Technology with Radiotherapy as special subject from recognized University and / Or Diploma in Radiation Protection. And (vii) An internship of minimum 12 months in a recognized well-equipped radiation therapy department. 2. Desired Technical Qualification (i) Radiological Safety officer (RSO) Certificate as per the guidelines of AERB.Check AIIMS Notification for more details. |
