Working experience in Online Tender process/ Purchase/ Procurement procedures/ Comparative statements/ Knowledge of GEM/CPPP portal Hand on experience in maintaining Stock Registers, Account statements, Letter writing, Maintaining office records, Audit and stock verification
Knowledge of Sports Equipments/ Items/ Sports Fields and their maintenance
Hand on experience in handling the store and accounting for issue, receipt & return
Should have excellent Communication Skills in Hindi & English, possess pleasant personality and should be able to communicate with students, campus residents & Institute Guests Administrative and management skills, knowledge of recruitment process
Efficiency in coordination with students, coaching staff and daily wages workers
Willing to work in split/odd duty hours (Early morning & Late evening).
