Candidates should be have acquired Retired Assistant Director or equivalent rank officer from DoT or any other central/state Govt. department OR Retired Sr. SDE/DET/DGM or equivalent rank officer from BSNL/ MTNL/ ITI/ TCIL/ Any other PSU.
