ISI Kolkata Project Associate I Recruitment: Essential Qualifications:

| Project Associate I | M.Sc. in any discipline of Biology (or) equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. Provisional degree at the time of joining is acceptable. Previous work experience with nematodes. Desirable: Research experience with root knot nematodes and handling of perineal patterns; Basic understanding of nematode taxonomy; Experience in conducting nematode specific field sampling; Published peer review journal article. Project Associate – I (Machine Learning): Essential: B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or M.Sc. in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Mathematics/ Statistics or equivalent or MCA or equivalent. Desirable: M.E./ M.Tech. in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Strong programming skills in Python/ Matlab, knowledge and/or experience in Machine Learning based projects as well as in the subject matter of the project. |
