IIT Jammu Research Officer (RO) Recruitment 2025: Essential Qualifications

| Research Officer (RO) | Essential Qualifications: EQA: PhD in ISE (Industrial and systems Engineering)/CSE (Computer Science and Engineering), Information Technology (IT) and related disciplines with minimum 70% marks (or 7.5/ 10.0 CGPA) for UG and PG degrees. 5% (five percentage) marks relaxation for ST/SC/PH candidates. Students awaiting results including PhD students who have submitted thesis may also apply. EQB: Qualified in any of the following National eligibility test/examinations: -UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) -level examination conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc. EQC: Candidates with industry experience of minimum 2 years after graduation. Desired Qualifications: DQA: Good working experience in the domain of Artificial Neural Network and Deep Learning DQB: Good programming skill: The candidate should have good exposure to Python programming. Commanding knowledge in Linux and/or Windows operating systems DQC: Familiarity in thermal-hydraulics and kinetics of nuclear reactors will be an added advantage.
