(a)Officers of the Central Government
(i), holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii), with three years of regular service in Level – 10 of the Pay Matrix; and
(b) Possessing the following essential educational qualifications and experience:-
(i), First Class Master’s Degree in Science in Physics or Electronics or Mathematics from a recognised University or Institute; or First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognised University or Institute;
(ii), Three years of Research or Design or Development or Technology Application or Operational Experience in Computer programming/ Automation/ Technical Data Analysis/ Software Development/Network Engineering/ Network ManagemenU Network Development Communication Network/ Setting up of advanced lT infrastructure/ Data Communication Network Management/ Cyber Security/ Remote Sensing/ Cryptology/Cybef Forensics/ Artificial Intelligence/ Data Analytics or any other area which has relevance and is found suitable for the organisation.
