(2) Having 5 years experience in operation of Dredgers with certificate of competency as Driver 1st Class or as Licence Engine Driver or as Master 1st class; OR Petty Officer from Technical Branch of Indian Navy or equivalent with 2 years experience in operation & maintenance of the dredgers; OR SR II certificate holders with a minimum of 3 years experience in operation & maintenance of Dredgers OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 05 years experience in operation and maintenance of Dredgers. |
| Licence Engine Driver | Candidates should have acquired (1) Matriculation Certificate or equivalent. (2) Certificate of competency as Licence Engine Driver. (3) Should know Swimming. |
